The location is perfect. Very close to a nice beach. Our room was clean. Mike is trying his best to accommodate his guests with everything they need during their stay. The continental breakfast was lovely. Can't wait to go back!

... clean and very comfy bed...Beach and restaurants within walking distance.Easy to find too.Good breakfast and coffee and brewed by 6:30 a.m. for us early risers.Will keep in mind for next trip to Cape Cod.
